Here\u2019s what we ask for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Name (Nickname recommended)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Where are you currently living?<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Describe the image you want to see or generate.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve also added an optional question where you can share your favorite fetishes. This might help inspire future creations, so feel free to express yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One more thing: we\u2019re using Google Forms to collect requests.
